Enquiries and email correspondence

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, and message you choose to send. We use these details to respond and manage the conversation.

The forms compose a message in your own email app. Entering information here does not send it to us; you finish sending the message in that app. Your email provider processes it under its own terms.

CallKitty iOS update requests

If you ask for iOS updates, we use your email address to contact you about CallKitty iOS testing and release. This is separate from general business enquiries. You can withdraw your request by replying to an update or emailing our business address.

Hosting and external services

Vercel hosts this website. Like other hosting services, it processes connection and request information, including IP addresses, to serve pages and maintain security. See Vercel’s privacy policy .

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which creates requests from your browser to Google’s servers. See Google Fonts’ privacy information . Product screenshots are served with the website.

Website analytics

Optional website analytics is currently disabled. Hosting request information described above is still processed to serve the site.

Retention and your requests

Business correspondence and iOS update requests are kept in our business inbox; they do not have an automatic deletion timer on this website. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop iOS updates, by emailing business@kizapilabs.com. We will review the request and explain if information must be retained for an ongoing matter or applicable obligation.

Google Play and linked product websites have their own privacy information. This website notice does not describe data collected inside CallKitty. Refer to the privacy link on CallKitty’s Google Play listing for the Android app’s policy.
